Inbound call restrictions
– Block third party calls
– Block collect calls
– Block both (default action)
– No blocking
Outbound call restrictions
– Block international calls
– Block 900 area code calls
– Block international and 900 area code calls
All blocking done at the account level (not per PRI or DID)
Outbound call restrictions often implemented on PBX
– No need for PRI interaction
– Easier for customer to change if need be
– Can be more granular
