<bandwidth> number_of_b_channels An integer that specifies the number of b_channels.
To calculate the total ISDN bandwidth of a call,
multiply the number of b channels by 64 kbps if
restricted=no or by 56 kbps if restricted=yes (see
below)
restricted The restricted state of the call at the time that this
event was produced, as specified in
clause 13/H.242.
The restricted state can change during the course of
a call (although observation suggests that endpoints
are likely to change at most once, as the call is
being set up).

isdn_bandwidth A value in kbps. For example, 128 kbps
