To change the length of the cable, use the cablelength interface configuration command. To restore

the default value, use the no form of this command.

Example

The following example specifies a cable length of 250 feet:

interface serial 1/0

cablelength 250

length Cable length in the range of 0 to 450 feet. The default is 50 feet.
