Installing Your Router

Connecting Hubs

Before connecting a hub, see Table 2-2. To connect one of these devices, follow

the steps in Figure 2-1.

To verify your hub connection, ensure that the appropriate Ethernet LED on the

front panel is on after you have completed the router installation. For example, if

you have connected the cable to Ethernet port 3, ensure that the ETHERNET 3

LED on the front panel is on.

If the LED is not on, see Table 3-2 in Chapter 3 for troubleshooting information.
