Debug Commands

This section documents the new debug cable hw-spectrum command. All other commands used

with this feature are documented in the Cisco IOS Release 12.1 T command reference

publications.

Command Description

cable modulation-proﬁle Speciﬁes the center frequency for a given upstream cable interface.

cable upstream hopping blind Speciﬁes the channel width of the given upstream cable interface.

cable upstream hopping blind Conﬁgures preset modulation proﬁles that you can apply to one or more

upstream cable interfaces when you identify and conﬁgure spectrum groups.

cable upstream hopping blind Speciﬁes the upstream cable interface receive power level in dBmV.

Debug Commands Conﬁgures spectrum management characteristics for the given spectrum

group.

Debug Commands Disengages the advanced spectrum management features of the MC16S cable

modem card by enabling blind frequency hopping behavior.
