Description Agent Manager should have same font size as classic NetMetrix

Symptom Agent Manager uses fonts are larger than other NetMetrix applications.

Details The Java runtime for HP-UX selects scales fonts to ﬁt the resolution of

the display. [Defect ID 0804–016634]

Work-Around Edit the /usr/netm/hp/netm script and add -Dhpux.font.dpi=75 to the

arguments that are passed to /usr/netm/jre/bin/jre

Agent Manager should gray out Load Monitor ➤RMON for PVCs

Symptom If you select a PVC in the Agent Manager selection tree the menu items

for Load Monitor in RMON mode are available. These menu items

should be disabled.

Details The statistics necessary for Load Monitor are available only through

HP's extended RMON groups. [Defect ID 0804–023838]

Work-Around Do not launch Load Monitor in RMON mode against PVCs.

Description Agent Manager does not disable RMON menus for WanProbes

Symptom If you select a WanProbe interface in the Agent Manager selection tree

the menu items for packet size distribution and statistics over time in

RMON mode are available. These menu items should be disabled.

Details The RMON menu selections for statistics over time and packet size dis-

tribution require speciﬁc RMON groups that are not available in statis-

tics groups. Similar functionality is available using the extended RMON

groups. [Defect ID 0804–023804]

Work-Around Do not launch statistics over time or packet size distribution against

WanProbe interfaces.
