Cisco Small Business Wireless Access Points

Cisco Small Business Wireless Access Points connect wireless devices to the

wired network with no cabling problems PoE support makes the access point

easy to install – it can be mounted anywhere, even without ready access to a

power outlet With appropriate PoE support at the other end, you need to run only

one cable to the access point to deliver both data and power Of course, you can

also use the included AC adapter if power is available nearby

Cisco Small Business Wireless-G access points feature RangeBooster

technology that is comparable to standard 80211g but with nearly twice the range

and with throughput that is up to 35 percent faster and reduces wireless signal

dead spots in offices and other buildings

Cisco Small Business Wireless-N access points feature multiple-input, multiple-

output (MIMO) technology, which multiplies the effective data rate and utilizes the

inherent signal reflections to increase the range and reduce dead spots in the

wireless coverage area Cisco Small Business Wireless-N access points are also

backward compatible with Wireless-G (80211g) and Wireless-B (80211b) technology
